In the words of "Stitch has a Glitch"

We had only a few glitches in our otherwise incredible family trip.

My girlies (and my new pin trading crazed husband) are anxious for their Disney video, so I've been making that my priority at night when I have time to myself. So, for now I will only write of what we lovingly refer to as our "glitches:"

a) Faith did not meet the height requirements for "Soarin'" in Epcot. She was so stoked to ride it with Dan and Maddie on our 2nd day at Epcot, but she came out to Abrie and I after they measured her and told her she was an inch short of the required height. I felt so bad for her:(

b) Maddie developed a fever and headache Thursday night. What I thought was just a migraine headache for her (she does get those fairly frequently) turned into full blown pneumonia for my poor kiddo. We had to leave earlier than anticipated on Sunday morning to make the trek home. The car ride was a nightmare, and turned out to be only 2 hours short of what it used to take us to drive from Shreveport to home. I took Maddie to the doctor yesterday morning upon arrival, and she has full blown pneumonia this time. My poor girl had her first fever free day today though, which is a plus considering she had had fevers for 4 days straight.

Despite the few "glitches," we enjoyed ourselves tremendously and are so sad to be back, but so grateful to have had the chance to go this year!

LOVE the pic in front of Cinderella's castle! Glad you guys had fun, but sorry for the glitches. Poor Maddie. Disney is no place to get sick!
